Cancellation Policy

Moju Technology Limited ("We") are committed to making our pricing fair and transparent.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can choose online between our plans. Our prices are in US dollars.

If you subscribe to one of our plans, we will charge your credit card or debit card immediately. Your first billing period will start on this day and last one month.

We will automatically renew the subscription each month. We will charge you on the first day of each billing period.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at help@moju.io.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to Moju up to the last day of your billing period. You are more than welcome to subscribe for just one month.

UPGRADES OR DOWNGRADES

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan we will charge you, or credit you, the pro rata difference.

INVOICES

We will create an invoice on request. Email us at help@moju.io to request an invoice.

REFUNDS

We like our customers to be happy, so if for any reason you are unhappy with the product let us know. In the vast majority of cases we're willing to give you a full refund.
